Smai Tawi: The Kemetic Yoga Experience, is a series that introduces the methodology, intention, and practice of Kemetic Yoga in bite size pieces, hopefully leading to a familiarity with the many poses and postures unique to Kemetic Yoga, as well as providing insight into the African origins of ancient Egypt. Kemetic Yoga is a slow paced, yet active form of Yoga that centers around the breath and cultivation of patience, perseverance, concentration, and commitment. All levels, ages, and people are welcome. $12 - 20 drop in 4 class pass $50 (Pay to the instructor at class) First-time students have the option of joining their first class for FREE or donating whatever they feel called to.
