In this class you will be diving deep into the many healing aspects that Aerial yoga has on the body such as improving flexibility, building muscle strength, draining your lymphs, preventing joint breakdown and giving you peace of mind. Moving through a slow flow using the yoga hammock to deepen the practice making it safe, fun and accessible- especially when it comes to inversions. Great for beginners to intermediate students.
