I am a facilitator of transformation, seeking to help others transmute darkness into light by reconnecting them with their own inner guru through conscious movement, meditation and touch. My mission in this life is to spread seeds of light wherever I go, illuminating others through energy healing, yoga, sound healing, and sacred malas.
I completed a 200hr Kundinyasa Teacher Training program in San Diego in 2012 under Adesh Kaur Khalsa of the Kundinyasa School of Yoga. Shortly after, I studied under gong master Sotantar Suraj in Newport Beach for a year of his Gong Avatar and Self-Mastery Training. I am a Reiki Level III attuned practitioner and I completed a 1000hr Holistic Health Practitioner program at the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) in San Diego and Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Escondido.
My intuitive energy healing sessions are a custom blend of Reiki, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Chakra Balancing and Sound Healing that is tailored to meet your individual body's needs at this moment in time.
