"Your Body Never Lies", a body language exposition and demonstration

Demo at 10am-11:30am $10 

In this 90-minute exposition the founder of YBNL Brian Snyder explains how body language works and how we can shift it for our betterment.  After hearing an explanation of how body language is read and released, participants will witness and feel a palpable shift as a volunteer's body language transforms through simple YBNL techniques ("table training"). This shift allows for a quieter mind, a more relaxed body and a more optimistic outlook on life and can appear magical the first time it is witnessed.

From noon-2pm is "Wing Release Party,"  a facilitated round-robin table-training experience that alleviates old stress and weights. It is a continuation of the body language expo, for those who would like to feel immediate relief. It's a party because the vibe in the room gets lighter and lighter as each participant takes a turn.
