Shamanic Breathwork Ceremony

The Shamanic Breathwork ceremony combines the wisdom of ancient traditions with modern modalities to optimize the key elements needed for healing and transmutation.  This ceremony has an emphasis on awakening the shaman within in order for you to become your greatest healer.

The key elements used in this ceremony break up energetic blockages allowing kundalini energy to flow freely through your chakra energy points. During this journey of deep cyclical breathing combined with vibrations of chakra attuned music you may enter into an altered state of consciousness and experience visions, sensations, deep meditation and relaxation.  Show up for yourself and come join in the community of self-healers.  Have the chance to create a mandala of your journey and share your experience in a sacred container with your fellow tribe members and your facilitator.

Please bring a yoga mat and anything else to make yourself comfortable such as a pillow  blanket and eye mask.
