Mystical Aerial Experience

Restorative aerial yoga is a form of yoga that allows you to fully relax and unwind, as you are supported by a yoga hammock in each posture. When combined with a sound bath & angelic vocal tones , breath work, and microdosing, this experience can be especially transformative.

As you enter the space, you are welcomed by a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The yoga hammocks are set up in a way that allows for privacy and personal space, giving you the opportunity to fully let go and sink into relaxation helping you drop into  a state of deep tranquility.

The class begins with microdosing education, followed by an offering of 130mg of microdose tea. After receiving the medicine, we will start to connect with the aerial silk hammock that will be set just about a foot off the earth. As you move through gentle, restorative postures, throughout the class, you are encouraged to listen to your body and move in a way that feels comfortable and safe. Each posture is held for several minutes, allowing you to fully sink into the stretch and experience a deep release of tension in your body.

As you enter into a floating savasana, embracing the feeling of the universe holding and supporting you deeply we will begin a guided breathwork session, allowing you to connect with your breath and cultivate a sense of inner calm. The psilocybin microdose will allow you to drop into our meditation practice with ease, bringing deep peace, clarity and healing. This medicine is a beautiful tool allowing you to drop deeply into your body and connect to your heart space, which can help you to feel safe enough to release any protective barriers, to be able to more clearly see patterns that are no longer serving you. This medicine provides the clarity to recognize where you are resisting, and can give you the opportunity to surrender and to let go. To be fully held and supported as you drop deeper into a relaxed state as the sound bath begins. You are surrounded by the healing sounds of various instruments, such as singing bowls and chimes. These sounds help to soothe your nervous system and promote a deep sense of relaxation.

As the class comes to an end, you are guided through a gentle meditation, allowing you to fully integrate the benefits of the practice. You leave the space feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and at peace, ready to take on whatever life may bring.

*In order to stay within the guidelines of the resolution that decriminalized entheogens in Arcata, the microdose tea will be gifted, while the ticket price covers the cost of the Aerial yoga, guided breathwork and sound healing practice. To honor the resolution, microdoses cannot be gifted to anyone under 21 years of age.

*If you have a personal history of schizophrenia microdosing is not advised because it can cause more harm than good.

*If you are currently taking lithium or tramadol it is not advisable to microdose. Mixing these can cause seizures.

*If you are currently on an SSRI, SNRI, or MAOI please be aware of the potential of serotonin syndrome. While microdosing with psilocybin mushrooms this is extremely rare, but still important to be educated about.
