About the event

Meditations for Planetary Consciousness:

Position one ... Sitting in a chair with both feet on the floor

Position two ... Sitting in a simple cross legged position

Position three ... Standing in Moutain Position

In the process of teaching ones body these positions. One can learn how to identify the inherent anatomical support structures; Intrinsic Equilibrium that supports the body in being breathed by the atmosphere.

With Meditations for Planetary Consciousness one learns how to incorporate the 5 stages of plant growth into any meditative or spiritual practice.

  • Germination
  • Sprouting
  • Rooting
  • Vigorous structural growth
  • Flowering

Through Meditations for Planetary Consciousness one learns how to transfer their meditative practices into a transformational relationship with every day life; a relationshhip that recognizes the sanctity of life in the presence and sentience of trees and green plants.

Acquiring Planetary Consciousness could be humanity's best chance for stemming and reversing the catastrophic effects of climate change.

What is needed is not just a change of mind, but a change in consciousness.

It is in this relationship that one develops a Planetary Consciousness.

Crowe is a poet and a songwriter, he began teaching tai chi in 1977 and yoga and meditation in 2004.
