About the event
Goddess Yoga is a 90 min session that takes place in a safe sisterhood container. We will begin this class in a circle by connecting with other women and then move into rituals that support awakening the divine feminine within. This practice brings together elements of vinyasa flow, somatic and belly dance inspired movement, ecstatic dance, breath-work, and throat activation through song 🤍
Bring a water bottle and a blanket if you need extra support for your knees!
