The Akashic Records are a non-local state of consciousness that contain the energetic imprints of everything that was, everything that is, and everything that will be. The Akashic Records comes from the Sanskrit root word Akasha, meaning "primordial substance". This practice is a way to experience energy, wisdom, and perspective that is free from the confines of linear space and time. It is known pan-culturally, through various religions, and in sacred texts like "The Book of Life".

Everyone has the ability to access Akashic perspective in their own unique way. When we integrate Akashic perspective into our lives, we cultivate a secure attachment with Life through the trust, presence, unconditional love, inspiration, creativity, vision, receptivity, and the surrender that it encourages. Through Akashic perspective, we cultivate an eternal inner compass that is present through external circumstances. This is a practice that facilitates the experience of autonomy over our inner state and decisions that stem from them.
